Role ​& Responsibility

- 암웨이 ​비즈니스 이해 ​및 ​관련 분석 ​데이터 ​제공

- ​영업부 프로그램 기획을 ​위한 ​데이터 분석 및 ​프로그램 ​운영 ​지원

- 영업부 프로그램 ​관련 데이터 ​작성 ​및 월간/연간 ​리포트 업데이트

- ​영업부 ​프로그램 기획을 위한 ​데이터 분석 ​및 커뮤니케이션 지원

- 영업부 프로그램 매뉴얼/가이드라인 제작


- Understand Amway business environment and provide analytics support.

- Support data analysis and operational activities for sales programs and initiatives

- Prepare, organize, and update sales-related data and reports, including monthly and annual reporting

- Support data analysis and cross-functional communication for sales program planning

- Support the preparation and update of sales program manuals, guides, and related documentation


Requirement

- Experience in sales planning, incentive planning, or related business support roles

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to organize and handle data accurately


Preferred

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

- Ability to support data analysis and reporting for sales or compensation-related programs

- Experience supporting sales planners, business analysts, or incentive/compensation programs

- Basic understanding of sales performance metrics or incentive structures

- Good written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

- Strong attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach to data handling and documentation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing business environment
