Event ​Assistants support ​the organization and ​management of ​events. ​At Amway ​Korea, ​Event ​Assistants coordinate administrative ​tasks ​related to event ​planning ​to ​effectively deliver corporate ​strategic messages.

This ​role ​requires the ​ability to ​communicate ​with trust and ​discretion, while ​efficiently managing multiple competing priorities with strong organizational skills.


Planning and Executing International & Domestic Events

• Support the development of domestic and international event programs that inspire pride, confidence, and motivation for both ABOs and AKL

• Coordinate with internal staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to establish event requirements and serve as a liaison throughout the planning process

• Research potential destinations for NCA and other programs

• Assist in the execution of domestic and international NCA events, including VIP care

• Support the development and implementation of integrated NCA programs

• Communicate with ABOs regarding NCAs and other programs


Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

• Up to 3 years of experience in planning and executing MICE or BTL promotional events is preferred

• Ability to manage external vendor resources and relationships

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities

• Proficiency in MS Power Point and Excel

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
