Event Assistants support the organization and management of events. At Amway Korea, Event Assistants coordinate administrative tasks related to event planning to effectively deliver corporate strategic messages.
This role requires the ability to communicate with trust and discretion, while efficiently managing multiple competing priorities with strong organizational skills.
Planning and Executing International & Domestic Events
• Support the development of domestic and international event programs that inspire pride, confidence, and motivation for both ABOs and AKL
• Coordinate with internal staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to establish event requirements and serve as a liaison throughout the planning process
• Research potential destinations for NCA and other programs
• Assist in the execution of domestic and international NCA events, including VIP care
• Support the development and implementation of integrated NCA programs
• Communicate with ABOs regarding NCAs and other programs
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Up to 3 years of experience in planning and executing MICE or BTL promotional events is preferred
• Ability to manage external vendor resources and relationships
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
• Proficiency in MS Power Point and Excel
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
