<Job Description>

Supplier ​Onboarding and Management

•Manage ​supplier onboarding, ​including ​ensuring smooth ​qualification ​and ​integration into the ​supply ​network.

•Primary contact with ​suppliers ​and ​drives performance improvement ​efforts, supplier ​address ​book management, ​issue resolution, ​risk ​mitigation, and on-going ​interactions with ​the supply network.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•Work closely with Sourcing Manager and various departments to ensure cohesive execution of sourcing plans and Procurement policy compliance.

•Partner with global, regional and local teams to deliver global and/or department objectives.

Supplier and Vendor Management

•Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms, to ensure alignment with business goals.

•Perform supplier segmentation for Direct Procurement.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

•Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supplier performance, following global and/or regional direction.

•Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

•Engage in regular performance reviews with suppliers, driving improvements, corrective and preventive action when necessary

•Identify and escalate supplier issues to the Sourcing Manager.

 

Procurement Operations, Data Management, System & Process Support 

•Ensure Procurement setup, and Buyout items master data management and change control.

•Responsible for escalating system-related issues in a timely manner.

•Responsible for department documents digitalized storage or a central repository for easy access.

•Strong participation during the selection and implementation, collaborating with Sourcing Manager and suppliers.

•Develop standard format based on business needs, also document central repository.

•Supplier Order Management Portal Maintenance and Management.

•Purchase Order change control.

 

Reporting & Analysis

•Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed by sourcing managers.

•Create and circulate various Procurement reports and presentation (e.g. MCTO, SCOT, supplier spend, supplier performance, etc.,) from various tools like Tableau and ERP.

•Analyze available business information on suppliers and spend data to identify any possible improvement opportunities within processes/systems.

•Perform spend analysis.

 

<Qualification> 

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain management.

- Cross-functional collaboration.

- Procurement Expertise

- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and supplier negotiations.

- Familiarity with sourcing strategies and vendor management techniques.

- Communication & Collaboration

- Good interpersonal/written/verbal communication skills, to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities etc
