Job Title : Sr. Marketer

-Department : Global Beauty Marketing

-Location : Seoul office

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Short-mid-long term Artistry Color Cosmetics Portfolio strategy, Leads new Color Cosmetics product development and supports new product launch by finding out market opportunity
  • Develop and execute multi-year brand/marketing plan, including: 1. Category/portfolio planning (includes discontinuing underperforming brands/products), 2. Brand positioning/claims, 3. Integrated marketing campaign assets development (advertising, media, packaging, PR), 4. Product pricing, 5. Collaboration with cross-functional areas including Tech Reg, R&D, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Develop profitable brand and products that are ABOs and consumer preferred: 1. Leads product/packaging innovation, 2. Ensures a balanced, consistent innovation pipeline/panier, 3. Leads cross functional efforts toward new product/packaging (new technology, new brand, etc.), 4. Leads development of naming & launch plans, 5. Defines learning needs and required market research. 
  • Identify and drives opportunities to increase profitability.

 

Requirements :

 -Knowledge of Color cosmetics brand management principles and practices

 -Knowledge of Color cosmetics brand strategy development

 -Analytical and market research skills -Strategic planning skills

 -Oral and written communications skills in English

 -Interpersonal skills

 -Proficient at English in both Written and Speaking

 -Ability to interact positively and professionally with team members and clients from globally diverse cultural backgrounds
