● Position

ㆍJob title: Customs & Trade Coordinator

ㆍDepartment: ANA-Asia Pacific Trade

ㆍLocation: Centum Office, Busan

 

● Qualification

ㆍBachelor’s degree preferred in Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain

ㆍRelated Experience: 0-2 years

ㆍFluent in English conversation, reading, and writing skills for communication with HQ and other businesses

ㆍExcellent communication skills

ㆍExcellent in MS programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) 

 

● Primary Responsibilities

ㆍMaintain and review all related data & documents of import/export and zone in/out declarations.

ㆍProcess import requests to Customs broker through the internal trade system.

ㆍImplement all payment audits and settlement processes for import/export on a weekly & monthly basis.

ㆍProvide analysis and reports on trade activities including import lead time (daily, monthly), import volume & costs, etc.

ㆍConduct tasks related to trade compliance including HS classifications, regulation declarations, origin marking, etc.

ㆍProvide support on applying FTAs and maintaining certificate of origin.

ㆍProvide support on SRA (Shipping Request Authorization) and export process including SR (Shipping Request).

ㆍMaintain the Global trade system for data management.

ㆍSupport the projects and trade activities.

ㆍAny administrative and ad-hoc support for team.
