Purpose
To ensure profitable and sustainable growth of AKL offline channel, this position optimizes operational support for ABC/A STATION through
*Keep track of ABC/A STATION data and conduct data analysis & interpretation
*Report monthly sales, new customer data update, and major activity update
*Analyzing & reporting result of onsite programs
*Be responsible for ABC/A STATION budget planning, monitoring & management
Primary Responsibility
The main role of a PPE Operation Planner is to identify regular and irregular operational and marketing issues occurring at ABC/A STATION nationwide and to support productive and well-organized site operations. This involves participating in various tasks such as ensuring the efficient operation of ABC / A STATION nationwide, improving sales at sites across the country, and creating high-level customer journeys.
The role also includes planning and executing brand solution programs, marketing events, and promotions to support sites and enhance customer experience.
*Keep track of ABC/A STATION data and conduct data analysis & interpretation
-Utilize all available data including internal resources(AS400, OLAP and etc) to analyze, prepare and deliver meaningful insights to support ABC/A STATION operation
*Report monthly sales, new customer data update, and major activity update
-Analyze and prepare reports on regular basis, and summaries based on Key Performance Indicators
*Analyzing & reporting result of onsite programs
-Support ABC/A STATION activities and programs by pulling data, analyzing data, developing reports and finding key implications
-Gather feedback for experience programs and find key implications via discussion with Regional Business Consultants
-Develop & standardize ABC/A STATION activities, and plan its operation under alignment with related departments
*Be responsible for ABC/A STATION budget planning, monitoring & management
-Organizing & monitoring annual domestic operating expenses(DOPEX) budget
-Proposing capital expenditure request(CER) for renovation/relocation project
Requirements
-Excellent interpretation and integration of financial/sales data
-Good understanding of budget planning, monitoring and management
-High interpersonal communication skills to control risk, manage conflict & crisis, and minimize potential issues
-Strong negotiation skills backed by a high level of logical thinking
-Strong and cooperative partnership to support Regional Business Consultant
-Good English communication skill in written and verbal
-Excellent in MS office
