Purpose
* Lead ABO Accounts (basic, major, key and strategic) through strategic business building practices that align Amway goals with LGS (Leader Growth Solution) while driving growth
* Manage assigned accounts to educate, execute, optimize and innovate their Amway business
* Partner with ABO accounts to achieve growth by delivering accurate business analysis and developing new business opportunities
* Manage relationships with ABO accounts by ensuring internal support and prioritizing requirements of the ABO
* Serve as an advisor to new pin contenders in Higher Award Tracking and Verification(HATV&H.KPI)
* Train, educate and mentor Amway staff on LOA/ABO philosophies and impact to organizational decisions.
* Communicate closely with ABO accounts to discover internal support areas, their prioritize needs and requirements of the ABO and business growth
* Deliver prompt and exact information to ABO accounts for corporate updates or new strategies from departments
Primary Responsibility
* Serve as the primary point of business contact for Diamond leaders and assigned ABO accounts
* Provide data-driven consultative support and service to high value ABO accounts to achieve business objectives identified by local/sub-regional/regional sales leadership
* Manage all stages of the account management process (Analyze, Plan, Implement and Monitor)
* Conduct ABO account development activities including regular relationship building at Amway and ABO sponsored events and various proactive and responsive contacts necessary to execute against business objectives
* Collaborate with ABO accounts to identify and address business issues, provide recommendations to improve performance and increase profitability of the organization
* Analyze and prepare monthly/quarterly business status reports and leadership summaries based on KPIs (Key Performance
Indicators)
* Utilize all available data including global resources (CMP, POWER BI) to analyze, prepare and deliver annual and quarterly business review and strategies
* Translate strategies into effective action plans and tactics internally and externally
* Design LOS rally by communicating with F.EME to PT level accounts
* Support department to set up the strategy for LRBP & AOP
