● Job Description
This role is on the Global Item Data Management (IDM) team within the Value Chain Technology group and is responsible for Item data set-up and management supporting transactional processes across multiple systems.
● Primary Responsibilities
ㆍTimely, accurate and consistent entry of Item data in multiple systems
ㆍUnderstanding the concepts for Item creation and maintenance
ㆍApply knowledge to gather correct information from cross-functional team members
ㆍAbility to effectively work cross-functionally with and through business partners
ㆍUnderstanding and Support of Master Data Management activities including Data Quality validation
ㆍFollow all Standard Operating Procedures as it relates to Item creation and maintenance
ㆍValidate business process for item data creation.
ㆍManages & executes test plans & scripts
ㆍParticipate and support on projects as required
ㆍSupport to resolve Item issues impacting systems
ㆍStrong collaboration with people of all backgrounds and functional experience
ㆍWork closely with team members to understand business requirements.
ㆍWork effectively with both Local & US counterparts
● Qualification
ㆍCareer Level: Junior
ㆍRequired: Bachelor's degree or higher, Advanced English
ㆍExperience with Office suite of applications including excel/word/etc.
ㆍCommunication in English
ㆍExperience in JDE/EBS/Informatica/WMS Red Prairie is a plus
