Role & Responsibility
Organize AKL Strategy (Development/ Implementation/ Collaboration)
- Develop key business strategies and Long Range Business Plan to achieve sustainable growth in alignment with Enterprise strategy for A70 with a team
- Develop and refine Annual operation plan(AOP)/ Continuous Acceleration Plan(CAP). Works across Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and other functions as well as corporate strategic planning team to develop strategic annual operating plan (AOP) that aligns to the enterprise priorities
- Coordinate various strategic plans of each divisions to ensure all initiatives aligned to AKL’s goal & target
- Analyze all strategic plans in the organization to ensure no duplication occurs between different divisions and departments
Provide comprehensive assessment for management decision making
- Identify potential business opportunity & risk and consolidative business issues
- Track and monitor progress and KPIs of each growth initiatives to give feedback on progress toward overall goals
- Analyze company's current situation with the concept of identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
Corporate Budgeting Management
- Review action plan, the amount of time, goals and costs of each initiatives via interdepartmental communication to develop financially feasible and link the corporate goals with the available resources
Execute cross-functional strategic initiatives/programs in collaboration with business functions
- Execute the strategic initiatives along with internal functions and external vendors to draw better strategic decisions
- Develop project reports for communication with business team and executive members
Reports & Presentation support for Executive Communication
- Manage regular corporate reports (Corporate Monthly Report for MD, CAP report for GLT(global leadership team), BOD(Board of Director) Newsletter etc)
- Provide business update for Executive meeting and Founders Council meeting
Prepare presentation materials for MD
Requirement
- Fluent English speaking/writing skill for communication with corporate/other affiliates’ strategic planning team
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think strategically
- Interacting with cross-functional teams to achieve defined objectives through positive interaction with culturally diverse team members, external partners and clients
- Effectively communicating and presenting complex market-related insights (both verbally and written) to influence audiences
- Exceptional listening skills and hunger to work within a highly collaborative planning team
- Advanced understanding of planning principles including briefs and briefing
- Ability to synthesize information from various sources to create an actionable point of view
- Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders and convert analytics and various viewpoints into actionable strategy
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Visual, oral and written communications skills; a captivating presenter
- Resourcefulness/relentlessness
- Ability to influence and be persuasive
- Strong deadline orientation and ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
