Home Care Marketer ​is responsible ​for ​executing annual ​business ​plans ​and supporting key ​business ​strategies to deliver ​sustainable ​growth ​of Home Care ​category. This ​role ​focuses on ​strong product ​management, ​digital marketing, and ​effective ABO-oriented ​marketing execution, while supporting ongoing product improvement and renovation initiatives across key Home Care categories.


Annual financial goals:

• Actively manage assigned Home Care categories to achieve annual sales targets

• Support portfolio optimization through product mix improvement and margin accretive offerings

Develop and execute annual Home Care brand expansion and data driven digital marketing plans to deliver business objectives.


Home care portfolio planning (includes discontinuing underperforming brands/products, new product launch)

• Manage existing product lineup across Laundry, Surface Cleaner and Dish Care categories

• Own day-to-day management of assigned product portfolio including SKU performance, pricing, and lifecycle decisions.

• Support smooth product transitions and replacement planning in collaboration with Supply Chain and Sales.

• Support development and refinement of value propositions for category brands and top selling products.


Home care product positioning & claims development

• Develop Home Care positioning and claims through close collaboration with cross-functional teams including RA, CS, QA, Procurement, Training, and Sales..

• Work closely with RA and QA to ensure all product claims and communications are compliant with local regulations.

• Collaborate with R&D to translate technical product features into consumer-friendly benefits.

• Lead localization of product positioning, key claims and selling points in line with global strategy.

• Coordinate and work with affiliates to deliver required project outputs

• Share market trend and consumer behavior to reflect on new product development led by Global Marketing.


Marketing Planning & Brand Activation

• Create digital marketing contents that are easy-to-use and understandable as an effective ABO business tool for driving ABO business excitement

• Marketing planning and execution to support Home care, including promotion, packaging and physical presence programs

• Drive customer participation through composing on / off line brand events and promotion

• Drive brand campaigns and product communication to support sustainable brand value growth (Sales aids, product events, AD materials, etc)

• Work closely with Sales and Training teams to translate product value into effective selling messages.



Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

• 4~5 years of marketing or brand management experiences within the FMCG or consumer

products industry. (Experience in Home Care or detergent product categories is preferred)

• Extensive experience in data driven digital marketing experience with proficiency in leveraging

AI tools.

• Strong growth mind set with strategic point of view & analysis skill.

• Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication with Global HQ and

regional affiliates

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships across teams.

• Proven ability to collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales,

Training, Customer Service, IT, Planning, and Operations
