<Job Description>
- Leverages consumer, distributor, market and competitive insights/drivers to guide the development of business objectives, market strategies and operating plans
- Synthesizes valuable, integrated perspectives on distributors, consumers and the marketplace to influence decision-making
- Lead/support market studies and projects to investigate conditions and collect relevant data for analysis
- Guides distributor experience assessments through various frameworks to support development of business opportunity strategies
- Analyzes research findings and provides insight to brand marketers to support the development of brand strategies, product improvements and new products
- Key capability areas include: brand building, concept development, concept/advertising testing, competitive intelligence, ABO behavior, segmentation, etc
- Provides business analytical insight through various business status verification and performance assessment
- Lead Global Research Projects executed in Korea and provide insights to Global and AKL marketing and other functions.
<Job Requirement>
- B.A. Marketing or related fields, Statistics, Int’l Business, Sociology, Communication. Etc.
- 2~4 years working experience in market research agencies related fields, preferably with a strong background or project experience in the FMCG or direct selling industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skill (Korean/English)
- Good interpersonal skills and flexibility
- Ability to design and deliver reports in formats suitable for a variety of audiences
- Experience working in fast paced global teams and communicating across national boundaries
